Historically, we've not had a service come help with cleaning our home. But over the course of a number of weeks this summer we just had too much going on for the house not to be a total disaster before and after multiple sets of visitors stayed with us, so we bit the bullet. We have been using NW Spotless Cleaning for a year now and they have been so great. Lourdes and her team are very reliable and always do a fantastic job. They worked tirelessly to find our stove range knob which had accidentally fallen off during one of the cleans. With the help of Lourdes' kind husband they were able to successfully retrieve the knob from a hole in the floor under the stove. I have heard other accounts of them taking time to personally replace minor damaged items. They are honest and hard working. Highly recommend this team!

The evening after Lourdes and her crew cleans my home is my favorite evening of the whole month. I come home to a refreshed house where I can RELAX. I am most impressed with the faucets--they are always insanely shiny, which brings me more joy than I ever anticipated. I also have a white sink--which is funny, because before NW Spotless Cleaning I thought my sink was gray. They are the best and most thorough around--and they do carpets! Plus they are all super nice and professional. Can't be beat!
